Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdictions (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We are not responsible for information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/ or orders that use the same billing and. or shipping address. In the events that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/ or billing address/phone number prohibited orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 5 - TIME DISCLAIMER

Customer may provide shoes to Scxrlettbkicks to be customized (Direct message on Instagram or email scxrlettbkicks@gmail.com to do so). In the case the customer does not provide shoes, scxrlettbkicks will purchase shoes from a retailer of its choice on customer's behalf. Scxrlettbkicks is not responsible for delays in availability and/or shipping of shoes purchased on customers behalf. Customer's order is typically filled within 3-5 weeks. See SECTION 6 for more information.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS & REFUNDS

There is no return of product permitted. Scxrlettbkicks is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. Scxrlettbkicks provides no warranty or guaranty as to the durability or serviceability of the completed product.

Customer orders are typically filled within 3-5 weeks. If an order is not filled within 5 weeks, customer may receive refund upon request. No refund is permitted prior to 5 weeks.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right to change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
